How often is it that you find a dog walker who is  a multi-certified positive reinforcement trainer? Never but we found Jen and we are soooo grateful we did. Jen is attentive, transparent and intuitive. She's an advocate for your dog first, and has a calm cool mellow approach which is so needed when you have a dog with big feelings. Jenn was wonderful with our very shy, nervous, shut down rescue pup.  She was so gentle with him and he learned his one and only (so far) trick with her instructions.  Although we have paused (pawsed??) our training for the moment while we work through some of Kody's issues, we will for sure be contacting Jenn in the future when Kody is open to learning more. I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional certified dog trainer in Mississauga, and I cannot recommend her enough! Her expertise and passion for dog training are truly unmatched.
